Our current assignment is to provide a mission statement. I do not know if I am on the right track but here it is. I have my page opened so comments can be left. Feedback is always welcome. I will be using this or a revised copy of a mission statement like this when my store goes live in the next week or two.
Mission Statement
Our mission at Southern Utah Liquidation and Trading Company
is to provide the best price for gently used items. What we offer in our store is
gently used, refurbished, repaired, repurposed, and one of a kind items. If I
can mail it I can sell it. We find these items through several sources
including storage shed reposed auctions, liquidation auctions, estate sales,
and customer returns and retail overstock. You never know what will be in-stock
and listed in the store. I have chosen to strictly use the on-line store so I
can save you the customer even more money by not needing to pay for a retail
lease on a store. Keeping things out of the landfill is our goal, while at the
same time creating a great opportunity for you to find something of value for a
small price. The question has been asked about the idea of used stuff. I do not
take any donations. Donated stuff is for the thrift and junk stores. No junk
here, just great stuff that can be reused. Reuse, restore, and recycle.
